How to join RVssl Reseller Program

1. Register with RVglobalsoft.com for billing system, news update, and support request at https://rvglobalsoft.com/signup/. If you already have an account with us, you can skip this step.
2. Download and Integrate RVssl Addon in your WHMCS
3. SSL Certificates are ready to buy at your customer's area!!

        *** The prices here are recommended and showed to your customer’s view by default. You can reset all of them by this setting.

Tips to get the Automated System works more faster.

Reseller API will work between RVglobalsoft and SSL Authority servers, the more your account ready means the faster the SSL Issue procedure ends.

We recommend you to add some credit in your account to be ready for upcoming SSL orders from your customers. You can see how it works by the workflow below.

RVssl Addon Workflow

1. Order Step
   Your customer orders.

2. Payment Step
   The SSL orders with details and CSR submitted already will take place in our API automatically with procedure by Auto Order Setup setting by you.

                a. You can add credit in your account in order to have the automated system work more faster.

                b. In case the automated system found the low or none of credit in your account:

                - Certificate Issuing Status on WHMCS Customer Area will show as “Waiting Submit Order”

                - RVGlobalsoft State on WHMCS Admin Area will show as “Waiting for Payment on RVglobalsoft.com”.

                - Certificate Issuing Status in your account on RVglobalsoft.com will show as “Waiting for Payment”.

                The Automated System API will not continue to the next step until the payment done by you.

3. SSL Certificate Issuance Step
   Once the order was submitted to SSL Authority, the automated system will work to check and update the order status continuously until the SSL Certificate is Complete.

                a. The Order Statuses can be seen in End Users (WHMCS Client Area), Reseller (WHMCS Admin Area) , and in your account on RVglobalsoft.com.

                b. The process for SSL Certificates Issuance will be the same as ordering manually with Brands Authority.

                DV : Once the order submitted and the customer “Approved” by Email, the SSL Certificate is immediately issued.

                EV, OV : The same process as when the order was made manually to the Brands Authority. It may have Verification Call, Document Request required by the authority. The status can be seen in your Customer Area on WHMCS.
