After you finished blog project and published to, as sample:

https://www.mydomainname.com/blogweb/index.php

This url ended up a blank page after the publish process completed.

The problem mostly happens when RVSeagullmod failed.

The solution is to contact your host provider to run force update RVSeagullmod with the following command.

perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi --force=rvseagullmod

After that, check your Blog website again.
