DB_DataObject Error: Connect failed, turn on debugging to 5 see why

Error :

DB_DataObject Error: Unable to load schema for database and table (turn debugging up to 5 for full error message)

Please contact your host provider to do the solution by following.

A) This error should have been fixed by running the following command:

perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi --force

B) Anyway, in case if above doesn't help, please try the following command.

perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autofixphpini.pl

C) If the above command doesn't help, please do the manual solution as guided below.

Go to WHM (root) >> Home >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings >> PHP

Change cPanel PHP register_globals = Off
