If your project is using Responsive Template.

You can remove the login block in Step 3 -> WYSIWYG of the every page, hit "Layout Template" (the button next to the "Source"), then move the login block to "Available block", save. You'll need to do this page by page for every page you have.

If you use the Normal Template.

You can add footer in Step 3 -> User -> User Configuration -> uncheck the Login Block. This will take effect to whole website.
