If you updated your website with the other languages than English. But once published, it displays only ??? on your content.

Please, contact your provider to do the following.

1. Access file /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/var/{mainIP}.conf.php

2. Set

$conf['db']['postConnect'] = '';

and save

3.Go to WHM -> RVGlobalsoft Manager -> RVSitebuilder Manager > click "Update Now!!"

After that, publish your website to check again.

If still doesn’t help, please contact your host provider again to do the following setup.

Go to WHM(root) -> Home -> Service Configuration -> PHP Configuration Editor -> Advance -> Core default_charset (default = iso-8859-1), change to UTF-8

You can check your default at http://yourdomainname/defaultcharset.php

After that, publish your website to check again.
