RVsubversion Manager is availeble since RVskin 13.00. If RVskin in your server is lower version, please do following guide.

This process requires root privilege. If you don’t have the privilege, please contact your host provider.

After finished update (or new install) of RVskin (version 10.58 - 12.37), "RVglobalsoft Manager" menu will appear.

Click RVglobalsoft Manager -> RVsubversion (Included in RVskin) -> and follow the installation in the link or run the following commands to install RVsubversion.

/usr/local/rvglobalsoft/rvsubversion/auto/autorvsubversion.cgi

Install subversion and Trac

perl /usr/local/rvglobalsoft/rvsubversion/install.pl

After that, click "RVglobalsoft Manager" again, you'll see "RVsubversion Manager". Here's the place to set your subversion configuration.
