If you’re facing this error while publishing your website, or any errors related open_basedir.

        “compo db error when server Enable php open_basedir Protection”

Please contact your host provider to run the following command to fix it.

perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi --force 

After that, try to publish again. If the error still persists, please contact them again doing below.

Go to WHM(root) Home -> Security Center -> PHP open_basedir Tweak, to set “Exclude” for your domain name.

This should be helpful for the publish again.
