**Before setup RV2Factor on Joomla.
Make sure you’ve enabled RV2Factor account for Apps and installed on Joomla already.
RV2Factor Account Management (Account and Credential ID)
Go to Joomla Admin, click “Users” -> “User Manager”
At User Manager: Users, select a username to manage.
Once selected a user (sample: Super User (admin)), the system will lead you to the user information,
click Two Factor Authentication - RV2Factor to go to the RV2Factor Management page.
RV2Factor account management appears to require you to add the first RV2Factor account for this user.
Create RV2Factor user for your cPanel by inserting Credential ID and Note.
a) Credential ID: (a unique identifier number that associates your credential on your device)
b) Note: (the device name such as "John iPhone", etc.)
After press “Next”, it means to save. Hit “OK” again to confirm.
You’ll be required to insert “Security Code” to continue.
Security Code: (the 30Seconds random code in your VIP Access app)
Press “Validate” and “OK” to verify.
The account will be created and displayed like this.
Tool Explanation
Activate RV2Factor : To enable/disable RV2Factor for this user.
- Yes: Enable
- No: Disable
Add Credential ID : To add more Credential ID for the current RV2Factor in this user. 1 RV2Factor Account can have 5 Credentials(devices).
